Twinning Cities Program

The Twinning Cities Program is a proposed long-term artist exchange initiative between Quebec City/Le Lieu and Bangkok City/Concrete House, aimed at fostering meaningful collaboration between artists from both cities and countries. The program seeks to build connections among regional artist communities through activities such as exhibitions, lectures, and meetings. It is envisioned to start with a small pilot project involving the visit of Canadian artists to Thailand, with potential for Thai artists to later visit Quebec, ultimately promoting intercultural understanding and regional artistic networks across Southeast Asia and beyond.
